Illness and Misadventure Appeal
To request special consideration for an assessment task:

1. Email your teacher and KLA Coordinator as soon as you are aware there is a need for an appeal.

2. Complete the Years 7, 8 and 9 Illness and Misadventure Form - including independent evidence from a medical practitioner, other qualified person or written note from a parent/ carer.
